Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Moldova in the Republic of Poland

Born on July 3, 1964 in the Republic of Moldova.

Appointed as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Moldova to the Republic of Poland by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Moldova no. 1577-VIII, of May 27, 2020. Presented his credentials to the President of the Republic of Poland on September 10, 2020.

In the period December 2018 – June 2020, held the position of Head of the Bilateral Cooperation Directorate within the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration of the Republic of Moldova.

In the period 2010 – 2015 acted as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Moldova to the Republic of Azerbaijan and Georgia.

Between 1994 and 2010, held various positions within the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, including Head of Policy Analysis and Planning Division, Head of the Diplomatic Protocol Directorate, Head of Eastern Europe and Asia Division, etc.

Started his activity within the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Moldova in 1994.

In 1989 graduated the Faculty of History and Political Science of the State University of Moldova. In 1994 graduated the Faculty of International Relations of the National School of Political and Administrative Studies, Bucharest, Romania.

Married, father of two children.
